Clear control over pre publication access
We’ve expanded our Embargo functionality to give you even more control over sensitive news before it goes public.
With Advanced Embargo, you can confidently share content with selected contacts ahead of publication while restricting access for everyone else. You choose exactly who can view the article during the embargo period and can update permissions as your announcement plan evolves.
This makes coordinating launches, financial updates, and other carefully timed news simpler and more secure. Your content stays protected until the moment you are ready to publish.
See page visibility at a glance
We’ve made it easier to quickly spot Confidential and Restricted pages in your newsroom.
Status labels are now clearly displayed above the page title in the Page Text view and on the Publication Page, so you can instantly understand the visibility settings. When you click on the label, you are taken directly to the Page Settings, making it simple to review or adjust access.
These updates are now live in your newsroom, with Discover currently available to a limited beta group. If you are interested in joining, be sure to apply early.
